We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual with a strong sales background to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing solutions to problems, processing orders, and handling returns or exchanges.

Sales Engagement: Actively listen to customers’ needs and offer tailored solutions, upselling and cross-selling products or services based on customer requirements.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively promote and recommend offerings to customers.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining customer loyalty.

Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers to create long-term relationships, fostering repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.

Order Management: Accurately process requests and follow up with customers to get more appointments on schedule.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics as set by the department.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to resolve customer issues and improve service offerings.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service with a background in sales (minimum of 2 years).

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and clearly explain product features and benefits.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations.

Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.

A positive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to multitask and handle high-volume customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
