Here are some potential duties you'll tackle:
- Reviewing accounts pre-invoicing and making necessary adjustments
- Validating customer usage and completing meter exchange/install orders
- Updating billing statements as required and maintaining customer records
- Verifying agency assistance payments and transitioning customers to prepay programs
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, with hybrid training for up to 5 days a week over 3 months. After training, enjoy the flexibility of fully remote work with occasional in-office opportunities.
To excel in this role, you'll utilize tools like MS Suite, CIS system, and Archive database to streamline your tasks and deliver top-notch service.
