We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED individual that does not shy away from a busy phones, building a rapport with customers all while getting details for our technicians so they can head out to the customer’s home and fix their plumbing, electrical or drain issue.

Answering In-bound calls for Plumbing, Electrical and Drain repair calls.
Providing exceptional customer service to our clients at all times.
Customer follow-up to determine satisfaction levels.
Placing Outbound calls to our members.
Participating in mailing of invoices and other clerical duties.
