Education company is seeking call center representatives in their Financial Aid department. Employees will be reaching out to students to support them in qualifying for financial assistance to go to school.
Placing outbound calls and receiving incoming calls with students utilizing a dialer system
Confirming important information regarding their income, household and other demographics
Provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Call students to inform them about their financial aid next steps
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the education site or using the products or services
Review student accounts, providing updates and informationregarding courses and finances
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
This opportunity provides a fun environment with snacks, a ping pong table and a team-oriented support system. We are looking for candidates who enjoy being on the phone all day supporting people succeed and enhance their life by finishing their education goals.
Full-Time M-F (Need availability from 7am-7pm)
