Auto Glass Customer Service Representative

Blue Chip Auto Glass near I-17/Bell is looking for an experienced customer service representative to add to our professional and friendly team of phone representatives. Previous experience in the auto glass industry is preferred but not necessary. The most important prerequisite is someone with strong customer service skills. Applicant should also have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated and willing to follow company workflows. We are looking for a team member that is able to work well with others. We strive to keep a peaceful work environment. Please don't apply if you don't have reliable transportation, have trouble getting to work on time, or can't maintain a strong attendance record. New hires will have to agree to a drug screening. This job involves a high volume of inbound calls dealing with new and repeat customers, working with insurance companies to set up claims, scheduling appointments, and helping to manage technician routes. We manage all of this with our user-friendly auto glass software. We won't ask you to cold call or market to our customers. Most calls are inbound. We have a team of about 14 people that work well together and we are looking for the last piece to the puzzle. We like to have fun but also work hard to make sure that we maintain the exceptional reputation that we have in the auto glass industry. Pay is $18 - $20/hr to start depending on experience. There is opportunity for growth within our rapidly growing company.
