We’re Hiring! Our key client in the Legal industry is growing like crazy and adding to their team.

Pay Rate: $19/hour and $20/hr for Spanish Bilingual

Work Type: Onsite - Phoenix, AZ 85034

Bonus: Workers are eligible to earn a $1,000 bonus, if meet the minimum required hours, at the end of month one on assignment.

Contact Center Agent:

Heavy inbound calls, helping claimants throughout the process of the class action lawsuit, gathering information, answering questions, etc.

The ideal candidate will need at least six months of call center experience, must be professional, able to read a script, etc.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Dependable and able to adhere to schedule.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Effective listening skills.

Customer service orientation.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment.

Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Ability to sit at a workstation for a long period of time.
