This is NOT a remote position. Hours are somewhat flexible, but you can expect to work MWF 10-2 each week generally.
Established dealership is looking for a seasoned bookkeeper controller. We would prefer someone with a minimum of 10 years of bookkeeping experience. Dealer setting a huge plus. Someone who knows the books, lives the books, and loves the books.
We are looking for someone who knows QUICKBOOKS DESKTOP like the back of their hand. NOT QB ONLINE. While knowing QB ONLINE is a plus because we will be transitioning there eventually, right now you MUST know and be fresh on your QB DESKTOP skills day one.
We are looking for someone with the ability to maintain:
- Quickbooks Desktop books
- Reconcile bank statements
- Reconcile credit cards
- Reconcile flooring lines of credit
- Create management overviews
- Inventory management
- Organized computer filing system
- Organized physical filing system
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- TPT Tax Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills a huge plus.
This is likely a above part-time but not quite full-time position. Flexible but consistent schedule can be expected.
