How will you get to help us do that in this role?

As our Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant, you'll handle the essential bookkeeping functions for our site development and construction projects in and around Arizona. But that's not all—you'll also support our Area Manager with key tasks, ensuring our financial side of our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you will get to do day to day:

Accounts Payable: Record vendor bills, code to projects, obtain approvals, and process payments.

Accounts Receivable: Prepare weekly customer invoices, obtain approvals, email invoices to customers, record cash receipts, and make collection calls as needed.

Payroll: Process weekly payroll for approximately 20 employees and record payroll journal entries.

State Reporting: Handle AZ State sales and TPT reporting.

Reconciliations: Reconcile balance sheet accounts to subsidiary ledgers and supporting documents.

General Ledger Maintenance: As needed.

Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations.

401K Payments: Process weekly 401K payments.

Employee Support: Assist employees with medical plans and 401K enrollment.

The skills you possess:

Previous bookkeeping experience.

QuickBooks Desktop expertise.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Experience with Google Drive.

Strong data entry skills.

The ability to work independently.

Exceptional attention to detail.

A commitment to confidentiality.
