Serve as the main point of contact between workers and management, facilitating effective communication about project progress and changes.
Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all workers understand their tasks and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers to create work schedules and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Address on-site challenges and make quick decisions to keep the project on track.
Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards through inspections and addressing issues.
Promote and enforce safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Keep records of daily progress, incidents, and any changes to the project scope.
Essential Skills
Experience working with different trades and coordinating with superintendents and project managers.
Ability to lead through delegation or hands-on involvement to accomplish tasks on time.
Strong communication and leadership skills to maintain clear lines of communication with the general contractor, superintendent, and project manager.
Proficiency with power tools, blueprints, and installation techniques.

Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a construction environment, both indoors and outdoors.
