NORTH PACIFIC RIM HOUSING AUTHORITY IS SEEKING A PART TIME RESIDENT MANAGER FOR BEAR MOUNTAIN APARTMENTS IN SEWARD
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Assist with the application and leasing process and screen applicants according to NPRHA eligibility criteria
Advise applicants, tenants and program participants regarding housing policies, programs, and lease provisions
Oversee all aspects of the rental complex and leasing process, including the scheduling of and assistance with inspections
Work with Maintenance Staff to prepare purchase orders, work order and preform unit inspections to produce Repair Costs Analysis
Receive rent money from tenants, prepare receipts, daily deposits, and update tenant ledgers
Other duties as assigned
This is a permanent, part time position with excellent benefits and training.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch
Wage depends on experience
Position is open until filled
This position could lead to full time for the right candidate
Requirements:
Must be able to communicate effectively (written and oral) with residents and other staff
Must be willing to travel in state and out of state
Valid Alaska Driver’s License a must
