Qualifications:
A construction management or civil engineering degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience (preferred)
Experience w/estimating & scheduling software, managing large complex projects, & proven success in subcontractor/client relationships.
Proficiency using Office programs (Excel, Word and Outlook)
Experience in HCSS Heavy Bid/Job software (preferred)
Abilities:
Work independently.
Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks.
Individuals must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and the ability to see and solve problems on their own.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with bidding, subcontracts, material procurement, and submittals.
Will be responsible for Quality Control, cost coding, cost tracking, equipment tracking and jobsite coordination as required by management.
Applicants must successfully coordinate with project manager, field personal, design teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
