Administrative Assistant/Office Manager needed for small office in Summerdale, AL.
Office hours are M-F 8-4pm
Qualifications: Responsible for general office operations, including but not limited to, reception, AP, AR. Ability to work in small office without supervision. Prefer 2-3 years experience in similar position. Computer proficiency required, including Windows, Microsoft outlook, Word, and Excel. A thorough understanding of Quickbooks is vital. Typing speed minimum 65 words per minute.
Education: 2 years Associates Degree in Business
Requirements: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The individual must exhibit a pleasant and welcoming demeanor both in person and on the telephone.
Job Duties: Answer phone and emails, complete any and all correspondence as needed. Data entry and creation of Excel documents. maintain all job files, request permits, and set up line locates. Invoice customers and maintain collections in a timely manner.
