Job Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail promptly.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mail-related inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts to ensure timely and accurate mail delivery.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Support the organization of office events, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of mail-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining filing systems and databases.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator, mailroom clerk, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
