- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and 8 years of related experience, Preferred PhD in electrical engineering, math or physics
- Active Secret clearance required and ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance-Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
- Experience with AN/TPY-2
- Experience with radar Electronic Warfare
- Strong technical skills related to radar technologies
- Experience with radar technologies for missile defense applications
- Experience with radar signal processing and algorithm development
- Radar modeling and data analysis experience
- Experience with designing, prototyping, evaluating, testing and fielding solutions
- Experience with identifying risks associated with technology maturation and defining and executing steps to reduce/mitigate these risks
