Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for replenishment root cause analysis, Item creation/maintenance/CTL testing, and reducing OTIF fines. You will work closely with the Wal-Mart’s replenishment team to recommend item level forecasts, seasonal profiles and maintain store in-stock levels. This requires the ability to summarize opportunities and issues at a high level so that other internal departments can understand and help respond to them with speed.
Positive attitude with skills to provide solutions is key to being a successful team member.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Item set up and Maintenance (Data Sync)· Replenishment Root Cause Analysis and Prevention
· Monitor and Analyze Trends so solutions can be built
· Track and help improve OTIF performance
· Sample Control – Request, track and follow up on product samples
· Product Issues – follow up with Buying Office, CTL and Resource Office
· Fill out CTL, Delivery and Tracking forms
· JDA Modular Drawing
· SAP experience preferred but not required
· Some SQL experience or willingness to learn
Qualifications
Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Educationneeded to be a successful team member:· 3 years of detailed inventory forecasting, re-order, or buying experience· 3 years of Current Wal-Mart Replenishment system and Retail link experience including CPFR.· Advanced Excel skills a must. Pivot Tables, Use of Data from External sources a plus. MS office…· Good data entry/10 key skills· Great communication skills· Go get it, proactive, lifetime learner attitude!Physical Demands:· Sit throughout the day· Use a computer/keyboard extensively throughout the day· Ability to use land/air transportation for travel as require
