Maintenance Technician - Part-time

Part time maintenance position open at apartment buildings in Park Falls and Phillips. Must have own tools, valid driver license and auto insurance. Experience in plumbing, general maintenance, painting, grounds, janitorial, snow removal and carpentry required. Would be responsible for unit turnovers, resident maintenance, common area cleaning and maintenance, and grounds. Must be good with people, self disciplined and must be very detail oriented.
