General Handyman/Maintenance Person Wanted for 50 Apartment units and 4 vacation rentals, mostly in Woodruff and Minocqua area. Must have knowledge in general maintenance, painting and apartment make-ready, fixing problems for tenants as they arise etc. Must be able to install faucets, doorknobs, light fixtures, light switches, ceiling fans, blinds etc. Light carpentry a plus.
Good pay, based on experience. Good employer. You must be HONEST and DEPENDABLE and able to work on your own. I generally give a to-do list and let you know when projects must be completed.
