About the position:
We are searching for an experienced carpenter to join our maintenance team! If you are looking for a "career", this is the ideal position for you! The ideal candidate will be experienced in, but not limited to:
Remodeling/Carpentry in apartment and home remodels
Ability to diagnose, and perform minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed.
Ability to hang various types of doors
Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC issues, cabinet repairs, door locks, etc.
General maintenance and upkeep of appliances
Window installation
Masonry work
Experience in apartment, home and building maintenance
Requirements:
Strong time management skills
Provide high quality customer service for our residents
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with and without direct supervision
Take direction from management
Must be available for after-hours emergencies (will be compensated)
Have a great attitude and work well with others
Benefits:
Compensation is hourly and negotiable based upon skill level and experience. Compensation is highly competitive.
