Responsibilities:
Installation of residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
Ductwork installation and modification.
Troubleshooting and repair of existing HVAC systems.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in residential HVAC installation.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
EPA certification (preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
