East Side Property Management Company Looking for Leasing Agent

Since 2000, we have been working tirelessly to enhance some of Milwaukee's most vibrant neighborhoods while maintaining the core values of chemical neutrality, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, and above all, sustainability, which are evident in each of our buildings.
The Position
We are seeking a full-time leasing agent to join our team. We have a centralized office but most of your time would be spent out in the field, showing apartments in our buildings that are located throughout the East Side. This position does include some evening (6:30 at the latest) and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
Providing apartment tours to prospective tenants, helping them find the right fit for their new home.
Corresponding with prospects to confirm appointments, answer questions, and follow up after showings.
Help answer phones, filing, and other office work when needed.
Qualifications:
Smart, loyal person with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Someone outgoing and comfortable meeting new people.
Previous customer service required.
Good writing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with the East Side of Milwaukee is a plus.
High School Diploma required/ Some college experience preferred.
Real Estate experience not needed.
