We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Manager to oversee the Friday and Saturday operations of our establishment. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing front-of-house staff and maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant operations and food service, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. It is a position focused solely on floor management on Friday and Saturday nights, with other possible management sifts based on events.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage staffing levels throughout shifts.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor service quality and adjust as necessary to enhance the dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience in all front of house positions in mandatory in order to provide assistance to all positions as needed,
