Pie Inc. is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time SERVERS and BARTENDERS to join our growing team!

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume full-service restaurant or equivalent hospitality/retail environment
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with a willingness to keep learning
- Available for at least 2 shifts per week (part-time), including 1 weekend shift
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of a shift
What You'll Do
- Set up and maintain a clean, fully stocked station
- Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service
- Guide guests through our menu and dining experience
- Properly course food and drinks; monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
- Collaborate with other team members and leadership for smooth service
- Address guest concerns promptly and communicate with leadership as needed
- Follow safety procedures and allergy/dietary protocols
- Complete payment processing and closing tasks, including side work and cleaning
- Follow all Pie Inc. Steps of Service and uphold company standards
