Existing restaurant with 80 seats and a small banquet operation looking for Executive Chef to lead team in place. Cuisine is rooted in Midwest Comfort and has great opportunities to emphasize local produce, wild game, and the spirit of Wisconsin. This position will work closely with the General Manager and their team in the kitchen to provide the best quality and version of each menu item.
The candidate we are looking for, first and foremost, knows what great food is and how to cook it. They are team focused and prioritize a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. They are a great leader and understand the importance of team and development.
This position is supported by a large hospitality group that has operations in four states and continuing to grow. Opportunities for growth are available.
