Description On behalf of a prestigious professional services organization in Milwaukee, Robert Half Technology is recruiting personable and technically savvy IT Leaders for a Direct Hire opportunity. This person will oversee a team of Help Desk professionals and will report to the Director of IT. This is an on-site role in Milwaukee with some travel to the organization's other locations when necessary. Please apply today to be considered!Leadership:

Provide strong leadership to the IT service desk team.

Set clear expectations, motivate team members, and facilitate professional development.

IT Support:

Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues, providing hands-on support when necessary.

Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and incidents, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT service desk in alignment with overall IT and business objectives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the IT service desk.

Analyze KPI data to identify trends, address performance issues, and make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and communication.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide IT solutions that align with organizational goals.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of IT support processes, procedures, and resolutions.

Prepare regular reports on service desk performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
