Kohl's Corporate is immediately hiring full-time Daycare Teachers to join our employer-sponsored, on-site childcare team at Kohl's Child Development Center (CDC)! Kohl’s CDC is located in Menomonee Falls off of Silver Spring Rd and operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:45 pm.

Our Daycare Teachers are a key member of the CDC team, responsible for:
Assisting in the daily care of children ages 6 weeks - 6 years in the Center as outlined on the daily schedule, upholding/implementing curriculum set forth by the Primary Teachers, and following developmentally appropriate practices
Maintaining safety, care, nurturance, and active/appropriate supervision of children in your care
Following center philosophy, policies and licensing rules/regulations including but not limited to appropriate child guidance techniques
Writing meaningful messages notes in brightwheel™ app relaying information to the parents from the Teacher and/or from the parents to the Teacher as the need arises and charting all diaper changes, feedings, naps, daily activities, etc.
Working collaboratively with all members of the team and parents to ensure the needs of the children are met
Continuously impacting a child's growth and development as they age through our center
