Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent and reliable Tree Service Groundsman to join our team. This role involves supporting tree care operations from the ground, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist climbers by preparing and maintaining equipment and tools
- Clear debris and brush from work areas
- Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, and other ground equipment
- Help with rigging and lowering limbs safely
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in tree services, landscaping, or a related field preferred
- Ability to operate and maintain ground equipment safely
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
