Christensen Construction, Inc is looking for an experienced Estimator and Project Manager to join our team. We perform projects of all sizes, from one day repairs to large additions and new construction. We provide year-round work.
Job requirements include:
- Excellent communications skills and ability to professionally represent the company to clients.
- Experience estimating labor and materials.
- Experience managing subcontractors and supervision of carpenters/laborers.
- Ability to produce permittable building plans.
- Knowledge of current building codes.
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows products.
- Proficiency in technical writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
Preference given to candidates with the following experience:
- Experience with Chief Architect.
- Knowledge and experience with calculation of structural members.
- Willingness to work in the field for 6 months.
