We are hiring carpenter's to build decks with us. We are a certified pro and build high end composite decks in the Madison area
Hiring crew leaders with deck building experience. $40-$45 per hour with $50+ potential.
Hiring carpenters with 2 years minimum experience. $24-$32 per hour.
Most crew leaders start as carpenter's and work their way into the position. It can take 2 weeks or 2 years. Depends on how fast you pick up our methods.
-we are hiring multiple carpenters. Bring someone that you work well with. Get a bonus and a fast track to crew leader. We get more calls/emails requests for decks per week then decks we can build in a year.

As of now, we don't offer health insurance but we plan on changing that.
We install decks with helical pier footings. That means no need to dig 4ft deep holes. We eliminated the worst part about deck building.
No hard hats or construction education necessary.
We supply all tools except pouches and basic hand tools.
Weekends are NEVER mandatory but incentive pay if you would like to.
Winter work is optional. We do have it available if you want to work. It will be reduced hours if we have cold snaps of single digit days.
We are also hiring Sub crews to build deck per sqft. $5k per week potential. Training at a agreed hourly rate will be required.
