Welcome to Willow Counseling and Therapeutic Arts Center LLC.
We are an outpatient mental health clinic and offer mental health counseling, art therapy, art classes, yoga therapy, yoga classes and other expressive arts therapy and programming.
We are looking for 2 part time office assistants to help in the daily running of the clinic. Position starts Monday March 3rd.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Answer phone and phone messages
Answer client emails
Make copies and print documents
Do Initial Mental Health Screenings
Schedule Appointments/Meetings
File Maintenance
Work from Reception Desk
Light cleaning, water plants, make coffee for guests and staff
Buzz in people for their appointments
Assist Therapists with administrative tasks
Microsoft Word and Excel Forms creation.
Possibly help with yoga and art classes
Various other duties that are needed.
You will need a completely clean criminal history and background check. No exceptions. Drug free work place. Must have a good amount of Microsoft Office Suite experience. Prefer at least 6mo of office experience and excellent customer service and phone skills. Must be professional, courtious, helpful, empathetic, and sensitive to mental health issues. This is an entry level position and is 20-25 hours a week and runs Monday through Friday. Either 9am-1pm or 1pm-6pm. Might have additional weekend hours to help cover workshops (optional). Please specify which shift you are interested in when applying.
Some future growth opportunities could include learning billing, accounts payable, office manager, yoga reception, yoga studio assistant, art room assistant. Please send updated resume with your response.
Salary $16hr to start, $18hr after 90 days, $20hr after 6mo and $22hr after a year. Also you will be able to attend any art classes, yoga classes, and workshops for free.
