Machine Operator / Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including aerosol filling machines, conveyors, mixers, and packaging systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections, lubrications, and adjustments according to established schedules to minimize equipment breakdowns and maintain optimal performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify the root cause of problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements of faulty components
- Operate blending equipment and make adjustments to ensure quality of the blending process
- Follow work order instructions to weigh and combine raw ingredients in accurate amounts
- Work hand-in-hand with the quality department to ensure the blend and cleaning samples used are tested and recorded within the specified timeframe to ensure smooth transition of the workflow
Requirements for Machine Operator / Technician:
- Basic math skills with ability to estimate quantities
