Our Team is growing and we'd like you to be part of it! We're currently hiring for safety conscientious and reliable associates to work as Machine Operators in our manufacturing facility. Dutes would include monitoring machine operation, inspection of finished products, finishing details, packaging and palletizing of boxes. Each operator is also trained on forklift operation and previous experience and preferred.
Duties
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load, unload, and transport materials to designated areas within the facility.
Assemble products as needed, following blueprints and specifications.
Conduct quality control checks on materials and finished products.
Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
Assist in operating additional machinery such as lathe, milling machines, press brake machines, and logic controllers when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery effectively.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and assembly processes is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in quality control measures.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking capabilities.
