Operator: Running plow truck/skid loader.
Laborer: Running sidewalk machines, snow blowers and shoveling.
Requirements: Flexible schedule to be able to up and go whenever it snows. Reliable (can't afford to have people miss, especially operators). Be able to work possible long hours for big storms.
