Snow Removal help needed- small route

Seeking a person with a truck to help with our smaller snow route. It usually takes us 6-7 hours on heavy snow days to complete our route with 2 trucks, snowblowers, and typically a rider in each truck sometimes more. We are seeking to subcontract or an hourly wage to hopefully get the route to under 4 hours. Basically we have a route east Madison moving into monona, and a downtown route. We usually meet in the middle at the end of the route. One or two people with a truck would help keep the route time less which helps me (new job) and my brother (new job and family obligations). It should be well worth your time.
