Specialist We are in an exciting phase of building the P&O organization

and this includes finding the right recruitment colleagues to support

the leaders on their recruitment needs in Denmark. Therefore, we are

seeking a dedicated and talented professional to join our team and

contribute to our mission of attracting and retaining diverse talents

for Novonesis. What does your new team look like? The recruitment team

in Denmark consists of 5 people; 2 Senior Recruitment Specialists, 2

Recruitment Specialists, a Recruitment Supporter and a Training Lead.The

team is a great mix of divers people, personalities and backgrounds -

and it's characterized by high professionalism, a genuine interest in

each other, and having fun. We are a fairly new established team that is

working together on the recruitment agenda in Denmark. We collaborate

closely with the Talent Acquisition team, one of our most important

stakeholders. Therefore, you will also take part in defining ways of

working across the recruitment and TA teams, while contributing to our

cross-functional collaboration in P&O Denmark. What would your role look

like? You will be the recruitment expert advising the business on

recruitments including ensuring an efficient process flow and a positive

candidate experience. In this role you will support managers and being

hands-on in the full recruitment process, from system support to final
