We are currently seeking a Packaging & Fulfillment Team Member. The Packaging & Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for packaging and labeling all Driftless Provisions products and assisting with order fulfillment. The position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring a consistent presentation. An eye for detail and a desire to work in a face-paced, collaborative environment are essential. This role reports to the Post-Production Manager.
We are open to full-time or part-time employees for this role.
Responsibilities:
Assist with packaging of all products, including packaging, harvesting, and labeling, as assigned.
Carry out food safety measures according to written HACCP and quality control program.
Assist with inventory management, rotating stock to maintain freshness and documenting lot information.
Assist with product labeling, ensuring USDA compliance and accurate lot information.
Maintain a clean workspace, following food safety measures and assisting with routine cleaning and maintenance.
Assist with order wholesale order fulfillment, packing boxes and preparing pallets for shipment.
Support a dedicated, playful team culture through clear communication, self-responsibility, and collaboration.
Other duties, as assigned.
