Experienced maintenance/handyperson with good people skills and management ability for apartment complex in Viroqua. General fix it, plumbing, electrical, drywall, minor painting, minor cleaning, minor snow cleanup and minor yardwork cleanup (we have a snow removal service and lawn service this is just spot cleanup), showing apartments at times, after hours emergency (this is rare) and whatever that comes up that needs a fix and a repair or spruce up. 10 to 20 approx. hours a week and varies with time of year and needs. Flexible hours. Advantage if live in Viroqua as being close by is handy.
