Looking for a gardener/snow removal and maintenance person for a small apartment complex in Viroqua. Could be 2 people, one to do gardening and snow removal and one to do maintenance.
Gardening and snow removal is lawn mowing, bush trimming, weeding, fall cleanup, spring cleanup and some flower planting. Snow removal is snow blowing and some hand shoveling. All equipment is provided.
Living in Viroqua is a real plus as it makes getting to site during snow storms easy. This averages about 8 to 15 hours a week in lawn season and on a as needed basis during snow season
Maintenance is painting, showing apartments at times, after hours emergencies (this does not happen very often) and repairs in buildings and apartments. About 10 to 15 hours per week.
$20 per hour for qualified people. Looking for long term people wanting to work in a easy going environment but wanting to do quality work and helping to create a nice living environment for tenants.
