Job Title: Account ManagerJob DescriptionAs an Account Manager, you will manage relationships and sales opportunities with specific accounts to develop and execute robust sales strategies and business plans. You will handle client communications including emails and requests, follow up with detailed reports on travels or calls, and prepare essential sales documentation such as proposals and costings. Your responsibilities also include maintaining and updating the CRM and sales database, providing sales forecasts, and achieving sales objectives as per annual goals. You will travel to client locations as needed, support equipment and system start-ups, commissioning campaigns, and organize tests at client centers or on-site, completing detailed trial reports. Additionally, you will lead handover meetings to Engineering and Kick-Off Meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide technical assistance and design improvement feedback.Hard Skills
