Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Engineering, maintenance experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment, and an analytical mind.Job Title: Maintenance EngineerLocation: Kenosha, WisconsinPay Range: $90,000-$110,000 + $13,000k bonus target and $3,700 annually in restricted stockWhat's the Job?

Lead the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned work/projects within the plant, including external properties, with a focus on optimizing all maintenance functions, including predictive preventive maintenance (PPM), spare parts, scheduling, and performance.

Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy.

Supervise and coach Maintenance Planner in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback

Develop overall plans, including manpower, for major maintenance overhauls, shutdowns, and projects.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in engineering

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements

Ability to protect confidential and sensitive information

Strong organizational skills and ability to define tasks with minimal supervision

Proficient Microsoft Office and CMMS skills
