Ashley Furniture Manufacturing Team Member FULL-TIME $18/hr 925 1st Ave, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 Top performing associates earn in excess of $20/hour once trained! Building furniture using hand tools, adhesives, jigs, fabrics, and other components. Inspecting parts for defects, repair if possible, and inform appropriate personnel of non-conforming parts. Making safety for yourself and your co-workers a top priority at all times. Recording production information. This includes recording using a scanner, computer, or by hand. $18.00 per hour on 1st shift for training wage. Then once trained, enjoy base hourly wage plus incentive pay. $1.00 shift differential applies to 2nd shift. Schedule - Shift start: 6:00AM or 5:00PM - Shift length: 10 - 11 hours - Days: Monday-Thursday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the meaning of basic communications. - Must be able to learn basic computer and scanning systems. - Must be able to remain on your feet in an upright position and move about on foot for the duration of your shift.
