Retail Merchandising Manufacturer Machine Operator FULL-TIME $21/hr 421 Palmer Street, Chippewa Falls, WI 54729 - Complete set up and operation of designated machine - Follows production schedule for maximum machine efficiency - Accurately reports set up time, run speed, downtime and waste in the production scheduling system for each job - Knows, understands and follows all plant and general safety rules - Conducts accurate and thorough quality checks Hourly wage ranges between $21.00 to $25.50 Schedule - Shift start: 11:00PM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00pm to 7:15am and Thursday, 11:00pm to 6:00am OR Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) - 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience - Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide and correctly read a tape measure - Ability to meet product specifications and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern – CF - A strong understanding of the importance of safety - A team player who is driven to learn every day - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 40 lbs
