Accounts Payable AssociateJob DescriptionAs an Accounts Payable Associate, you will be essential in managing the daily accounts payable functions of the company. Your main duties will include processing invoices multiple times a day, reconciling supplier payments, and ensuring timely prepayments. You will also handle supplier account maintenance, credit memos, backouts, and risk mitigation tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both suppliers and internal partners to resolve any issues and ensure smooth financial operations.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of AP experience - specific to working with vendors, reviewing statements, and experience with communication both via email and phone with vendors.
Mentorship experience needed, whether that be leading team projects, training prior employees, or just having experience stepping in when leadership is out.
Experience with reconciliation, credit memos, supplier payments, and Data Entry
