Customer Service Agent

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be assisting everyday Aussies with basic enquiries. You will be assisting customers with their questions, whilst providing a positive customer experience. This is the perfect opportunity for anyone with a customer centric mindset and experience handling over the phone enquiries! What You Need to Know About Your New Role: Training: Receive paid training in a supportive environment. Helping Customers: Use self-service portals to help you and your customer resolve their enquiry  Building Connections: Make every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections Customer Care: Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied. Start Dates: Opening from March 2025  Roster: Work a rotating roster, between 6am - 9pm Monday to Sunday. (Part-Time options also available) Location: 100% in office role at 31 Troode St, West Perth
