3rd shift Mill Operator (Quad B)

This role offers a range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.We are seeking a 3rd shift Mill Operator to work with us. If you are looking to start a new career with a stable company that grows its leaders from within, then INX International is the right place for you. The person in this role will tend mills in a safe and efficient manner to grind the raw materials for manufacturing of high-quality printing ink by performing any or all of these duties as directed. As an Ink Maker/Ink Tech you will be responsible for:Following batch instructions to weight batches, charge and mix inksUnderstanding proper mixing procedures and raw materialsMonitoring temperature and mix speeds and adjust as neededFollowing procedures for milling inks, adjusting pump speeds and mill ratesFollowing procedures to filter, package and label inksMaking QC adjustments as instructedWeighting quantities of raw materials for use in manufacturing of high quality printing inkOperating one or more mixers in a safe and efficient manner to mix raw materials for manufacturing of high quality printing inkPackaging finished productOperating a forklift
