Production Mill Packout Operator (2nd Shift)

This role offers a range of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications such as experience, education, certifications, and skills, as well as geographic considerations.We are seeking Mill Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:Running batches of ink at proper mill settings.Packaging finished product in various containers and apply labelsCleaning and maintaining machine to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activitiesWeigh-Up Batches: Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual stepsMix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP'sCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelping with repacks
