Event Planning & Execution:Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquet events, ensuring compliance with DOT standards and hotel policies.Coordinate with the Sales & Events team to ensure seamless execution of banquet functions.Ensure all events run smoothly by managing staff, resources, and logistics efficiently.Guest Experience & Service Quality:Maintain high service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling any complaints promptly.Supervise banquet staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure consistency in service delivery.Work closely with the culinary team to ensure food and beverage service meets quality and safety standards.Team Leadership & Staff Management:Train, mentor, and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they meet hotel and DOT service standards.Schedule staff appropriately for events, balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve service levels.Financial & Operational Management:Monitor banquet revenue and control expenses to maximize profitability.Ensure proper inventory management of banquet supplies, linen, and equipment.Work with the Finance team to manage billing and invoicing for banquet events.Safety & Compliance:Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, in line with DOT and hotel policies.Conduct regular inspections of banquet areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for banquet operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
