Training Specialist

OverviewBryceTech is seeking a Training Specialist to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that build organizational capacity and enhance workforce performance. This role includes conducting needs assessments, preparing training materials, delivering courses and workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and needs assessments to develop and revise training programs.Design course materials including outlines, background material, training aids, and student manuals.Deliver training in various formats, including classroom instruction, workshops, and seminars.Develop training catalogs and maintain accurate training records.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.Support management in identifying future training requirements and aligning them with organizational objectives.Prepare reports, track training activities, and ensure compliance with established training standards.Provide feedback and recommendations to program leadership to enhance training outcomes.
