Program Evaluation Specialist

OverviewBryceTech is seeking a Program Evaluation Specialist to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of International Engagement (OIE). The Specialist will lead the development and execution of program evaluations, including data collection, management, and reporting protocols, to ensure programs are effectively achieving their goals and objectives. This role provides objective, data-driven insights that inform program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and tools to assess program effectiveness and impact.Establish consistent systems and procedures for data collection, management, and reporting.Conduct in-depth analysis of programs, services, and activities to determine performance outcomes and areas for improvement.Provide objective and unbiased evaluations to ensure accountability and alignment with ITA’s strategic goals.Prepare evaluation reports, summaries, and recommendations for program leadership.Collaborate with program managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure evaluations are integrated into planning and decision-making.Review and evaluate proposals for new projects to assess feasibility and alignment with organizational objectives.
