Join us as a Sales Development Representative, if you want to make a difference at a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth company! As an SDR at Legwork you'll be responsible for data mining, prospecting and warming leads before passing them to our Account Executives. Candidates that are hired and become top performers get advancement opportunities and eventually move up to the Account Executive team or become Customer Success Managers.
Things you’ll do in this position:
Manage prospecting status, data integrity and opportunity creation in HubSpot
Develop opportunities for the Account Executives from prospecting and marketing-generated leads
The majority of your time will be interacting with prospects via telephone, email and social media using your great communication skills and high attention to detail. Must be comfortable in this environment to be successful.
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives and meet monthly KPI’s
Track relevant qualification and lead management activity using HubSpot
Quickly learn the Legwork product and effectively communicate our value proposition
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts
Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Account Executive
What we will be looking for from you as you join our team:
1-3 years of proven excellence in sales development, business development or inside sales
Experience in SaaS a plus
Experience using HubSpot or comparable CRM
Experience using LinkedIn and related social selling tools, a plus
Experience in the dental / healthcare industry a plus
Strong understanding of SDR and lead development best practices and procedures
Great communication and listening skills
Ability to work independently with limited processes
100% reliable, detail-oriented with a drive to execute flawlessly
Drive, Grit, Determination, Teamwork and a strong desire to compete and close deals
Must live and breathe startups; that means crazy, busy, dynamic environments with lots of responsibility & lots of fun!
