As a Sales Partner, you’ll be bringing contractors into the network, helping them win more jobs, and earning 2% commission on everything they sell through our system.
Compensation & Earning Potential
2% commission on every sale — no cap
Average contractor closes $50K–$150K/month in volume = $1K–$3K+ monthly commission per contractor
Onboard 5–10 active contractors, and you’re on track for $60K–$360K+ per year — quickly
Residual commissions on your customer portfolio for years to come
With 20–30 contractors, your book of business could realistically earn $500K+ annually
The entire state is your playground, with thousands of potential contractor clients and no internal competition for your accounts.
Qualifications
You know your way around the trades (bonus if you’ve worked with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical pros)
You’re a self-starter who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone, drop by a job-site, or build a relationship
You’re more of a connector than a closer - you help people see the value, not pressure them
You’re hungry to build income, independence, and a career rooted in something real

Washington Pay Transparency Notice: This is a 100% commission-based role. Sales representatives earn 2% of gross sales revenue, with no earnings cap. Income potential depends on performance, with realistic projections ranging from $150,000 to over $500,000 annually. No base salary is provided at this time. Contractors receive access to flexible scheduling, autonomy, and residual income opportunities.
